so essentially this is how the page is laid out.
The page has two columns and the first one is width=75% and the second one is width= 25%
I am placing the news rotator at the top of the first column. I left the rotator w/ the default dimensions and placed it in there. There are two problems that are occurring since its not dynamically resizing:
1) If the screen resolution is high there is a huge gap between the end of the rotator and the right column. What i would like to happen is the Vertical Title bar and Picture remain a static width size and the news portion of the rotator dynamically resize to the rest of the column width.
2) If the resolution is low then the rotator is cut off by the right column. Again this can be overcome if the rotator resized the news portion to fit the column width.
