To find "Horizontal News Ticker 01 by Flashtory", open source/main.fla and hit Ctrl+L. You will open the Library, which is structured on directories (this is extracted from the help file which you didn't read carefully enough: "Open main.fla and hit Ctrl+L to open the Library"). The main clip you mentioned is actually main.fla. For changing the height, please refer to the "How does the xml file looks like" section of the help file. You have to change the value of the height attribute. Please read carefully the help file, and you'll find all the information you need in order to use this component.
