I feel really dumb here. I use flash regularly for different projects but I don't even know where to begin here. All I need to know is how to change the thumbnail images (and text). I also need to resize the stage so that the scroller fits a 375 x 150 area. Thanks.

Hello, all these are explained in the help file provided. You need to edit the xml settings there. The stage size can be changed inside the fla or when you embed the swf file into html, google is your friend here, you will surely find a lot of info about this.
