help needed setting countdown timer

Hi there, this may seem like a stupid question but I'm helping a friend with his website and he is using your countodwn timer. It's through it's 1st countdown (set by someone else) and is currently showing "finished". I'm just not sure which file I should be changing, could you point me in the right direction or link me to a help file of some sort, thanks!
