Banner Not Appearing in Safari and Chrome

I downloaded this wonderful file through Ultrashock.com. I followed the instructions (as best as I could) and the rotating banner works perfectly in Firefox and IE. However, the banner doesn't even show up in Chrome and Safari. What am I doing wrong?

I verified the paths to make sure those were correct and they are. I just don't understand how it can work perfectly in two browsers but not even show up in two other browsers!

Hi, you have an error on your local machine ( or the flash player version is not updated ) . All works great for me.
