Default Help with changing background and then publishing

Hi there, i have recently purchased this item and im stuck

Im trying to change the background on the white skin ticker to a grey (#e7e7e7) to match my background on my website. i have changed it in the library and the document settings and everything works ok. However when i come to saving it (im using CS4) it asks me the following:
This file will be converted from a flash CS3 or older format to flash cs4 format. You will not be able to open it in a previous version of FLash. To save this file in an older format, choose the save as command.
I have saved it as a CS3 format and i get this message:

This file contains the following data that will be lost if saved in the flash cs3 format:
-XMP File Info dialog's metadata
Continue with save?

I noticed once i continue with save and publish the flash into a swf all i get it the ticker with 5 blue dots, that once clicked go to the correct URL but their is no scrolling text. I havent moved any of the folders, ive simply re saved and re published over the originals.

Please help!

Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, I already responded on this one over email but here's again for other users.

"""

Hello, yes unfortunately this is a problem. Please do this:
- find the text field inside the library
- delete the text field and create a brand new one in flash cs4 with the same settings as the one you just deleted
- i know this doesn't make sense but flash cs4 will not handle properly the text fields created with flash cs3, this is a very bad issue.

When I coded this, cs4 was not yet released so there was no way i could have predicted the incompatibilities.
