Cache issue with XML file

When i’m loading it through Safari, or even Internet Explorer 8 sometimes, it struggles to load the fresh XML file and insists on loading the old one, with old data. As I am using the TICKER to update with links on a day to day basis, this presents a problem as people cannot see my newly updated XML information and the SWF loads old data until i reset the browsers cache. Is there any code i can put in the script to ensure that it always loads a fresh XML and doesn’t allow a stored cache.
Other than that, love the application. just need a minor tweak to make it shine.
