Default Scrolling Problem

Hi, Ive just bought your product from flashcomponents and it doesn't scroll all the way across. It stops and my mouse pointer runs off the movie at about 30 thumbs. Ive uploaded the file for you to look at. We bought the special license. Also, when i put it in a html page do i reference the image path from the swf or the html?

Hello, this tops because you forgot to edit in the xml file these variables: scrollerTemporaryTolerance and increseTheTolByTimes, please read them out in the help file and edit them. After you do this you will be god to go, you will find the proper value easily. when you embed this into html you mus place you swf and xml file in the same folder as with the html and you could have your images separated into another folder like images and reference them in the .xml file like: images/1.jpg... and so on.

Default Still not working.

Hi, I have the swf and xml in the same directory as the file calling the swf which is in an includes folder, because its in the footer so its included in every page. so in the includes directory i have data.xml and partners_bar.swf and page_footer.php which calls the bar. now the bar is loading fine but its not loading the images. the images directory path is ../images from where the php file is so Ive tried the path of the image files as ../images and just images/ neither are working. Im on a tight deadline here so any help would be much appreciated.

<thumb image="images/39.jpg" title="i105107" url="http://www.i105107.ie/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"></thumb>

now the swf is working when double clicked, it opens in flash player and the images are all there. its when its called on the page that its not working, the movie is loaded but there are no images. you can see this at ceol-pr.com/index.html

Hello, I am sorry but I can't find a solution at this. The only explanation is that the image address is wrong or the .xml file is not loaded.

Please get back to me by email if you still have problems with this.

Cheers
