Adding a title and navigation bar to the page

Hi

I have purchased this gallery and need to a add a title and a menu to allow users to navigate away from the page.

Tried to do that by adding layers in the HTML and making the flash transparent but that does not work.

Please can you help

I am a novice using Dreamweaver CS5 with flash
