Stop the pause, remove navigation possible randomisation of the stories

Hi there there are a few modifications I want to do, I am not sure how to do it I have a copy of Flash CS4 though

1) I want to disable the pausing of the newsrotator when the mouse goes over the movie Which part of the actionscript do i need to alter to do this

2) I want to remove the navigation buttons as it wont be pausing

3) is there a way to randomise the list of stories each time it loads, not essential, just a nice to have

I want to remove the mouse over pause function in the TEXT and IMAGE area. But would like to keep the navigation and pause under the vertical text (left). Please help!
