Help With Embed Code

Please someone should help me with embed code if i am wrong,Thanks all comments are welcome.

Guys i have been able to embed,its now left with how to remove the flashtory logo.Thanks

Hello, do not use the preview version which has the flashtory logo, use the version from the 2 folder. There is no flashtory logo and no extra text.
