Default Zooming is not proportional

I played a little more with it (since I bought it only yesterday) and I see that when you move over a picture it does not scale it proportionaly. While the thumbnails are rectangle, once you mouse over it to zoom it become square.

What would have been better is either have both <xMouseOverMagnify> and <yMouseOverMagnify> or the <mouseOverMagnify> to scale proportionaly.

I hope this can be fixed!

Regards,
Rhi

Hi, I am sorry but this was never advertised that the thumbs are resizing proportionally. Yes, you are right, this would have been much nicer indeed but the coding complexity would have been much bigger and when I coded this, I never thought about resizing the thumbs by ratio there.

So does this mean the applet won't be update to support this? I didn't know it HAS to be advertised, I thought it was natural to respect a picture ratio.

No update is needed for this. In the description there are all the features this supports and there is no mention regarding image proportions.

You can't expect it to have a feature that is not specified. I never specified that this is an auto - scroller, and it's not, indeed it would have been an awesome add to this but you can;t expect a free update to meet your requirements.

Well it would benefit to everyone, you may sell more. I hope you focus on always improve all your applet from time to time.

Yet I know nothing about Flash so I have no idea if it would take 10 minutes or 2 hours or work.
