Slow carousel down

Hi guys.

I purchased this from Flash Den and I love it but is there anyway to make it slow down to a maximum speed or something? Sometimes if you hover in the wrong area, it speeds up way fast (too fast).

I am hoping to be able to limit the speed it rotates... Help would be much appreciated!
