Help Pages for Rookie

I just purchased the Quick Vertical Resizable Gallery and this is my first attempt. Are there any help files to assist with inserting into my html page? The read me files state, "In order to use the gallery into you projects you must first copy the folder “Quick Vertical Resizable Gallery by Flashtory” into your new projects library and drag and drop to the stage the movie clip called “gallery”. It is really easy and you can specify the xml in the flashvars in main.as; you also must copy the source files" I need more detailed info on how to integrate into html than this. thanks.

Also, please make sure that you have the swf / html / xml files inside the same folder
