I only have three news items. They are trying to scroll and don't even scroll to the top. How do i fix this? Obviously, this should be a standard feature. If you want someone to use you on a new website or business, they won't have a bunch of news yet or they don't want to show old news.

I hope I'm doing something wrong. I took a chance again on your file and thought I might actually get to use one. I even wrote you to customize it. I am not using 1 file yet because every one is missing something or has an error.

Why aren't all your news apps consistent? I have bought at least 5 news scrollers from you guys/Oxylus. Every one seems to have a problem such as this, yet another one doesn't. Why not make them all have the same wanted features? It should stop scrolling when there are less items...

...and the last one i bought publishes at 438kb which is bigger than the fla! The whole thing is vector and appears more simple than any file you have. 438 is too large.

the news before that had an error which you took months to fix and the one before that, the same. You apologized and I tried again... here we go again.

Please help me get this one working for gosh sake!

by the way, on initial load, they arent scrolling. They start scrolling after I mouse out off the stage or onto the blank bg area below my entries that dont fill the movie. From there a scroll loop starts that never returns to the top of the stage.

You have to have items from top to bottom to make this file work. This isn't always possible. Your description doesnt mention this limitation and it's definitely a bug. For instance, try two news items on your demo and the file becomes completely useless. Everyone knows you may not always have 5 entries like your demo requires. That's not realistic.

Between Ultrashock, Flashden, and a few other sites, i have bought my share of your files. I have had problems and have only been able to use one file. Your support was horrible with bugs that you apologized for and told me you hoped i would try you again and it shouldnt have taken so long. You have this new site now instead of Oxylus but i see the same names here and already, with my first flashtory file, here we go again.

Watch this thread date to see how long it takes for this to be resolved. As i told you guys before, you work more on releasing new files and cool demos than making your files work and happy customers.
I am more disappointing in myself for wasting my money and time again than your company. I am a fool. If i thought it would be fixed i would deal with it but i I know the routine.

By the way, your titles aren't on your scrolling entries, only the details pages. I didnt notice that before purchase. Did you mean to do that as well? Because it doesn't make sense.

I am supposed to be able to depend on you for quick solutions for my customers. Instead, your brand means risk, wasted time and money to me. Good job.
