sound duplicated

I copied the SimpleSoundController movieclip and font folder into my project library, and also copied the flashtory and caurina folders into the same folder as my fla. I noticed that when I dragged an instance of the movieclip on to stage and test the movie, 2 sounds were playing. If I delete the movieclip I dragged on stage, only one is playing but I can't see the movieclip playing on stage.
I even removed the movieclip and font folder from the project library and still, when testing movie, the music plays which is quite confusing. Can you explain what I'm doing wrong please? Many thanks.

The only way of this happening is if you have two instances of the SimpleSoundController movieclip on your stage, please check that you don't have two.
