how to openurl in java window

here at my site Virtual Tour - Duluth MN - Virtual Northland the links in the center open in a java window that is borderless and centers. how can i continue to use the vertical scroller and create the links inside to open the same way. no matter what i try it will not.

Have you first tryed it with the .xml file ? add there the javascript code and see if it works.
