Help in insterting menu and fonts

Hello,
1 - I am trying to insert the Vertical Menu in a flash file, the flash file is basically a background that is animated and that stretches depending on the user's window size, check it out here.

I try to do what the help file says, which is copy all the source files and drag the MENU movie clip from the ?Vertical Scroller by Flashtory? but when I drag it, I see nothing on the stage and when I preview the flash background file I dont see the menu as well.

2 - Why arnt the fonts included in the package? Where can I get them from?
